“I had a flood in my apartment, and as soon as I alerted the new staff, they were right on it and handled it swiftly. They cleaned it up and gave me a new carpet. Spark Oxon Hill is a family-friendly place. It is very quiet at night, a place you can call home. I love the location and all the eateries in this immediate area. I love the new staff here, and I would like to thank Oscar (Maintenance), Kristal (Regional Manager), Mia (Property Manager), Janay (Leasing Agent), and Tierra (Assistant Property Manager).
