“When my husband and I sold our house last year, we opted for apartment living. After some research, we selected Spark Apartments. They have various apartments and just the size and floor we wanted to rent, along with a pool, clubhouse, and workout area for the community. We moved in a year ago, and we have only praise for Spark this year. With all these positive amenities, the one huge area we are thrilled about is the management, rental personnel, and maintenance. Although we have had very few issues with repairs and requests, this stellar crew is prompt, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and we are never disappointed with the service we get. They are a pleasure to have in our home, and we feel comforted that whenever we need them, they are there for us on a timely basis. “My family and I absolutely love living here! Krystal and Jem in the front office are wonderful and incredibly helpful, and the maintenance team are rock stars. All of our neighbors are so kind, the dogs are even better. The pool and the clubhouse are my son’s favorite places to hang.
