“I only had the opportunity to stay here for six months for a work visit, but in that time, I discovered this place in Morgantown was quite a gem. Before I moved there, I was in touch with Keenen, who helped me find the furnished apartment that would work best for me and answered all my questions. He further introduced me to other residents there and ensured I felt acquainted. If there were any maintenance issues, Cyle would be on it the same day. I would recommend this place to anyone moving to Morgantown, either short or long-term. Also, don’t forget to check out the rooftop!!” -Al K.
“This is a great living community. The amenities are excellent, and the management team has almost always done a great job of accommodating our needs. The other tenants are usually really friendly, and it’s great if you also have a dog. Reviewing reviews, you will see some of the challenges the property has been through during ownership/management changes in the last couple of years, but the team here has done a good job this year. “I’ve lived here for over a year now and have had a positive experience living at Spark Black Bear. The moving process is seamless with the rolling bins. Everyone at the leasing office has been so kind and helpful. The location is perfect with access to groceries, shopping, and restaurants nearby. If you’re into baseball, the stadium is right across the street. There’s also a pool out back, which is great during the summer. This place is the perfect little gem in Morgantown!” – Alejandra M.
